Stress Reliever

Last night I had a really good stress relieving run. I was all stressed about issues at work, and I came home from work and had a couple of messages on my machine that got me stressed out about a couple of other things and I decided I was still going to get my work out in even tho I was feeling overwhelmed. Boy was I glad I did. I am way out of shape, so I did intervals (no I am not telling the speed), and it was a tough run. But, after I was done, I was not worried about anything anymore. It was so nice to just let it all melt away. I told my husband I am not sure why I don't run more often. It is so good for you! The truthful answer is probably because its hard when you are out of shape. I just need to push through this period of out of shape and get in shape before marathon training needs to begin!
